Marmol Radziner is a design-build practice established in 1989. We offer a range of services including architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, and construction. Our multi-disciplinary and holistic approach delivers a cohesive design solution to our clients. It also provides our staff of seasoned professionals and young designers with the opportunity to be involved in a project from conception through construction. Responsibilities- Lead residential project management from schematic design through construction administration phases.
- Coordinate with consulting engineers, technical detailing, specification research, and obtaining agency approvals.
- Work with contractors to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide Revit proficiency and residential project experience.
- Degree in architecture from an accredited college.
- 5 to 10 years of working experience in schematic design through construction administration phases.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Experience in residential projects.
- Previous experience with consulting engineer coordination, technical detailing, specification research, obtaining agency approvals, and working with contractors is required.
