We are a team of 8 focused on architecture & interiors in the Southern California area. We are on Wilshire and Crescent Heights, a stones throw from LACMA. We focus on single-family and multifamily residential (contemporary + traditional), with select commercial/ restaurant work. We're seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager / Designer with a strong background in multi-family and single-family residential design, and a sharp eye for construction documentation.
This is an opportunity to lead meaningful projects from concept through completion within a collaborative, design-driven studio.
- Contribute to all project phases, from concept and programming to construction administration
- Develop design narratives, presentations, drawings, models (Archi
CAD), and D5 renderings - Translate sketches into digital models and refine technical details
- Assist with construction document production, material research, and meeting prep
- Maintain organized project files and binders
- Support client coordination, team communication, and design reviews
- Help resolve design and technical challenges while meeting project deadlines
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and technical production
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional experience
- Strong design sensibility and 3D visualization skills
- High proficiency in Archi
CAD 28; working knowledge of D5, Lumion, or Twinmotion - High proficiency with structural, MEP systems, and working drawing sets
- Excellent communicator with effective interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Notion.so, video editing experience is a plus!
