• Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually.

• Collaborate on diverse project typologies, including custom single‑family residential, commercial, and hospitality work.
• Self‑manage projects through all phases, from initial design through documentation and construction.
• Produce high‑quality digital drafting, modeling, and visualizations.
• Coordinate with consultants, research products, and develop design details.
• Navigate zoning codes and manage the permitting process.

• A professional architectural degree.
• 3–5 years of well‑rounded professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch Up (required).
• Experience completing every phase of residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, codes, and permitting.
• Bonus:
  Experience with custom single‑family residential design and construction.
