Job Description / Primary Objective Employees in this position will work on both projects and assisting the BIM manager to develop office wide BIM capabilities. We are looking for accomplished full-time candidates with experience in commercial building types. Additionally, candidate should be versed in BIM with a passion for technology. Staff members work closely with senior staff and principals on each project through all phases of a project, including construction administration.

Requirements (Education, Level of Experience, etc.) Knowledge/Skills/

Competencies:

• Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 3 years full time experience after graduation

• Should have experience with putting together construction documents

• Familiar with building types, technologies, and applicable codes.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Navisworks, Lumion and Enscape.

• Familiar w Grasshopper and/or Dynamo

• Versed in Revit massing, shared coordinates, phasing, ACC

• Create parametric Revit families and other BIM content

• Train staff in BIM and be available for BIM support requests

• Ensure standards are being followed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast paced environment

• Must be an excellent problem solver and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in their work

• Should be highly organized and able to coordinate project information & documents
