- Own topline revenue and contribution margin across Amazon, Shopify (DTC), Tik Tok Shop, and Wholesale channels.
- Develop and manage annual sales and profit forecasts, ensuring growth aligns with company margin targets.
- Analyze performance by channel—balancing ad spend, shipping, merchant fees, and fulfillment costs to improve contribution margin.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to align forecasts, inventory flow, and pricing strategies that optimize profitability.
- Report weekly on sales, contribution margin, and channel efficiency to leadership.
- Lead Alabaster’s Meta Ads strategy and execution—owning campaign setup, creative testing, targeting, and ROAS optimization.
- Oversee external partners for Amazon PPC, Tik Tok Ads, and Google Ads, ensuring spend efficiency and performance accountability.
- Develop cross-channel attribution and LTV models to guide spend toward high-return audiences and products.
