Skiffra is seeking a Field-Product Design Lead to shape the foundational design system for field software used on rugged environments. You’ll collaborate with founders, product and engineering, and on-site teams to ensure UI works in gloves, noise, glare, and varying lighting conditions.
You will define standards, drive a 0→1 design effort, and build adoption through a thoughtful, field-first approach that scales across industries beyond mining.
