Senior Designer, RTW — Dresses & Soft Wovens

CONCÉ is partnering with L’AGENCE to identify a Senior Designer, RTW;
Dresses & Soft Wovens to design and execute elevated, commercially impactful monthly collections.

Reporting to the VP of Design, RTW, you will bring a strong creative point of view, a passion for product excellence, and the technical expertise to move designs from initial concept through final production hand-off.

• Design cohesive monthly collections across dresses and soft wovens, aligned with the L’AGENCE aesthetic and customer.
• Lead research and inspiration for fabric sourcing, silhouette, color, print, and design details.
• Create comprehensive design cards, including illustrated sketches, technical details, bills of materials, and supporting references.
• Attend fit sessions, communicate design and fit intent, and provide clear, timely revisions.
• Review prototypes and salesman samples with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with R&D, Product Development, and Technical Design throughout the development process.
• Manage style hand-offs and sample reviews against the SKU plan and collection calendar.
• Use trend research, competitive market insight, and style performance to inform design decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in a designer capacity
  , with significant strength in women’s soft wovens, particularly dresses and tops.
• An elevated taste level and strong understanding of fabric, fit, quality, color, and print.
• Knowledge of execution processes and quality standards comparable to luxury/designer brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
• A collaborative approach, strong accountability, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced collection calendar.
• Some tailoring experience preferred; PLM experience is a plus.

This position is in-office in Los Angeles, HYBRID with approximately 15% travel.
