A-Frame a talent representation agency specializing in hairstylists, makeup artists and fashion stylists, seeks an Archival Assistant, Digital Dept.
The position is responsible for the collection, organization, renaming and ongoing maintenance of digital assets. The ideal candidate will have strong photo research skills, meticulous attention to detail and an interest in fashion, entertainment and visual media.
A working knowledge of Adobe Suite and basic familiarity with archival methodologies/digital asset management is helpful.
Responsibilities:- Collect, organize, rename, and attach metadata to our archive of fashion and beauty images
- Conduct photo research to identify missing archival information and licensing requirements
- Provide general departmental support as needed
- Assist Digital Asset Manager in special website edits and updates
- Retrieve content and imagery for artists when needed
- Familiar with Adobe Bridge, Photoshop, Google Suite and Dropbox
- Familiar with basic archiving methodologies
- Interest in photography, fashion, beauty and entertainment
- Extremely organized and experience working with a large body of files
