VTBS Architects, an award-winning firm with Santa Monica offices, seeks a Job Captain / Senior Draftsman with 5–7 years of Type-III and Type-V multi-family and mixed-use experience in Southern California. You will design and produce documents from concept through construction and coordinate with staff, consultants and clients to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements include AutoCAD and Revit proficiency, knowledge of California Building Codes, ADA/FHA, and permit processes.
