Medical Provider – Family Medicine Physician (Primary Care, Outpatient)

Job DescriptionA leading Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Los Angeles County is seeking mission-driven Family Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care to underserved and uninsured populations. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness assessments.
- Conduct patient evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to clinical protocols and compliance standards.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, healthy lifestyle, and health maintenance.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine, or Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine.
- Strong commitment to serving underserved populations.
- Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.
