Hematology/Oncology Physician in California
Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our team of specialists at a private, comprehensive cancer treatment facility in Los Angeles. The primary goal of the practice is to cure every patient’s cancer where possible and to manage advanced‑stage cancers as a chronic disease, providing state‑of‑the‑art care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Experience and/or interest in research and clinical trials preferred.
- Must be Board certified or Board eligible medical doctor with or without US residency, and hold a current US work visa.
- Clinic hours:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., four and a half days in clinic per week. - On‑call schedule: 1:3/4 weekends.
- Patient mix: 70‑80 % solid tumor hematology and oncology; 20‑80 % split.
- Full support staff available.
- Base salary: $400,000 – $800,000 (final figure based on equity, experience, education, specialty, and training).
- RVU‑based compensation bonus.
- Profit‑sharing opportunity to be discussed.
