A leading urgent care organization in California is seeking experienced Urgent Care Physicians (MD/DO) for a 1099 independent contractor position.
This role offers competitive pay of $140-$160 per hour, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for leadership growth. Candidates will enjoy autonomy in scheduling, malpractice coverage, and the opportunity to work across multiple locations. Applicants must have at least 1 year of urgent care experience and relevant board certification. Weekend availability is required, with a minimum of 4 shifts per month. Multiple locations are available across Southern California.
