We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist Nocturnist Physician to provide exceptional inpatient care in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities Include- Providing 24/7 inpatient medical care and ensuring patient safety during overnight shifts
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatments, and documenting care accurately
- Responding to emergencies and facilitating patient transfers when necessary
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and hospital protocols
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts
- Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and EMR systems
