School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts to join our team in Lawndale, CA and Hawthorne, CA for a role that offers diverse assignments and a strong likelihood of extension through the end of the school year!

• Develop and implement evidence-based Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and conduct thorough Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to address complex student needs.
• Provide ongoing, tiered support and direct training to teachers and staff, ensuring intervention fidelity and building long-term capacity within the classrooms.
• Conduct comprehensive student and classroom observations to strategically assess behavior and optimize learning environments.
• Manage a diverse caseload, with assignments focused on immediate maternity leave coverage and a second assignment starting in December; both roles offer a strong possibility of extending through the end of the school year.

• Valid California Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification (Required)
• Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist or Behavior Analyst (Preferred)
• Prepared to accept an immediate start date and work on assignments that vary in duration, demonstrating flexibility and commitment

• Top Compensation:
  Earn $65.50 - $68.00 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
