Insurance:
Paid premiums for your choice of several medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.

Retirement:
Membership in the California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS).

• Valid CA Driver’s License and use of an insured automobile
• United States (US) citizen or have the legal right to work in the US
• Baccalaureate degree from a regionally-accredited Institution of Higher Education.
• Valid School Audiometrist certificate as issued by the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS)

• Complete application
• BA (or higher) degree transcripts (Foreign transcripts must be evaluated by an approved agency)
• Community/Junior College transcripts
• Copy of School Audiometrist certificate
• Provide contact information for professional references, including current or most recent school-based or child-centered employment
• Applicants may be contacted by Human Resources (HR) with requests for outstanding documents or information.
• Applicants who are deemed ELIGIBLE by HR will be placed on the appropriate eligibility list for a period of one calendar year.
• Eligibility status is neither an offer nor a guarantee of employment in LAUSD
• Candidates who receive an offer from District Nursing Services will be contacted with onboarding instructions.
