Location

West Los Angeles, CA (hybrid schedule: in‑office Monday‑Wednesday, remote Thursday‑Friday).

Job Description
  • Research and analyze consumer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
  • Monitor and interpret trends across the media landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, execute, and manage campaigns across all media channels.
  • Interact with global media partners and help build strong working relationships.
  • Learn how to take campaigns from concept to execution, including the nuances of planning, negotiating, and stewarding media buys.
  • Develop an understanding of industry standards, processes, emerging tools and platforms, and foundational negotiation tactics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Analytical and creative thinking.
  • Inquisitive nature and interest in current trends and consumer behavior.
  • Strong math skills required, with the ability to work comfortably with numbers and data.
  • Self‑disciplined, energetic and motivated.
  • Ability to apply past learning/experiences to new projects.
  • Outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
  • Interest in building a career.
Pay Rate

$30.00 an hour and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
