Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing account support for athletes, including resolving platform issues, managing verification requests, and ensuring a smooth and high-quality user experience.
- Support the day-to-day operations of athlete partnership programs by coordinating contracts, payments, deliverables, and account setup.
- Manage onboarding and verification workflows to ensure a seamless and timely experience for athletes joining the platform.
- Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor program status, timelines, and deliverable completion across multiple athlete cohorts.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors to support program execution, approvals, communications, and reporting needs.
- Compile program updates, track progress against goals, and surface opportunities to improve process efficiency, accuracy, and overall operations.
- Provide administrative, operational, and logistical support for large‑scale athlete initiatives and sports‑related activations.
- Review, select, and onboard eligible creators based on centrally aligned eligibility criteria and business priorities while also considering exception criteria, content priorities, reactive opportunities, and portfolio capacity.
- Host creators in person and/or online to share best practices, vertical content strategies, and product updates, and to foster connections.
- Use dashboards and automated weekly reports to understand portfolio performance and build data‑informed content strategies to educate creators on relevant new product features and tools.
- Collect feedback and needs from the creator pool to share with XFN teams—including Product, Creator Research, Content Strategy & Policy, Publishers Pillar, and Tik Tok Overall—and establish and support feedback loops.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Tik Tok for Good initiatives by localizing and sharing playbooks and resources when appropriate.
- Monitor any urgent or repeat issues facing managed creators related to on‑platform content performance, advocating for regional account support needs and feedback.
- Identify key case studies and examples from managed creators in the NA region to be highlighted in education initiatives and creator campaigns.
- Collaborate with key cross‑functional partners—especially Marketing, Public Policy, and Communications teams—on advocacy‑related initiatives.
- Draft proposals and strategies in collaboration with the wider central creators team for initiatives that could support Tik Tok's DEI, XFN campaigns, and innovation.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem, ideally at top content, entertainment, or social media/influencer platforms.
- Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, and geographies to drive impact.
- Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills.
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional environment as a consensus builder across disparate business units with occasionally conflicting KPIs.
- MS/MA/MBA considered a plus.
