- Implement and deliver pre-made specialized lessons directly to K-8 students on an Alternate Curriculum.
- Work one-on-one and with groups of students with special needs to ensure progress toward their academic and functional goals.
- Collaborate with the special education directors and alternate curriculum creators to ensure effective lesson delivery and program implementation.
- Provide data, observations, and feedback on student performance (Present Levels of Performance - PLPs) to the other Resource Specialist Program teachers as needed.
- Bachelor’s in Special Education or a related field
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential (either Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe)
- Prior experience working with students with special needs, with a strong preference for experience delivering an Alternate Curriculum
- Top Compensation:
