Job Description

Goodwill Southern California is looking for a compassionate Part‑Time Job Coach who is dedicated to helping individuals with developmental disabilities succeed  will provide one‑on‑one training, encourage professional growth, and support inclusion across diverse workplace settings.

• Coach participants in learning and mastering job duties.
• Provide feedback, encouragement, and real‑time skill development.
• Serve as a liaison between the participant and employer.
• Track and document progress to ensure compliance with program goals.
• Promote independence and self‑sufficiency for each participant.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment.
• Excellent communication and observation skills.
• Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and workplace safety.
