Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to reaching the next generation by equipping, sending, and coaching students to share the gospel on their campuses and online. We partner with churches and communities to expand student outreach nationwide.

Position Summary

We are seeking Los Angeles Campus Ministry Staff to coach students who are passionate about reaching their peers for Christ. The role includes building relationships with youth pastors, churches, schools, and community leaders while helping expand campus ministry throughout Los Angeles.

Staff spend 50–75% of their time in the field during the ministry year (September–May), coaching students, visiting schools, and connecting with ministry leaders.

Anticipated hire date: Spring 2026 or later

Hours: Full-time, 45+ hours/week

Reports to: L.A. Area Director, Doug Goulding

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about reaching students who don't know Christ.

Driven, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented.

Strong communicator and relationship builder.

Experienced in leadership, coaching, or ministry.

Visionary, organized, and detail-oriented.

Skilled at building church and community partnerships.

Spiritually mature, teachable, and committed to biblical truth.

A team player with a heart for evangelism.

Willing to travel regularly throughout the L.A. area and occasionally nationwide.

Qualifications

Church or parachurch ministry experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

High moral integrity, emotional maturity, social awareness, and spiritual maturity.

Must be an evangelical Christian who loves the gospel and evangelism.

Salary & Fundraising

$48,000–$64,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

All Decision Point staff participate in raising financial and prayer support. Training, encouragement, and ongoing coaching are provided.
