Arc Experience is seeking a Program Leader for after-school programs across Southern California. You will guide students through social-emotional learning, homework help, and enrichment activities in a supportive environment.
The role is part-time, non-exempt, with afternoon shifts Monday through Friday. Experience in ethnically diverse communities and strong communication skills are required; 48+ college credits or an equivalent proficiency exam is needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
