Pacific Crossroads Church in Los Angeles seeks a visionary Director of Student Ministries to lead a growing 6th–12th grade ministry. You will build a Christ-centered community, deepen theological understanding, and mobilize students to live for God’s glory across a diverse city landscape.
You will recruit and equip volunteer leaders, plan weekly gatherings and retreats, oversee curriculum and safety, and partner with families to disciple students.
