Facilities Maintenance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Lead to support our Altadena facility. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all facilities and equipment, including major building systems across our 100K+ square feet of leased office, R&D, and warehouse space. You'll manage both hands-on maintenance activities and vendor relationships while supporting our mission to make space accessible for all.

** Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance within complex industrial environments Demonstrated knowledge of building systems including:
Proven leadership experience within a facility organization Experience using CMMS systems, particularly Maximo Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience in aerospace or similar high-tech manufacturing environments Project management experience Budget management experience This position requires both office and field work throughout our facilities. The role involves physical activities including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. You may encounter various environmental conditions including noise, heat/cold, and heights while inspecting building systems.

* Required for certain Job Profiles:
Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
