    • Chair or support MRB activities, ensuring timely and accurate disposition of non‑conforming material (scrap, rework, use‑as‑is, fit adjustment).
    • Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to drive root cause investigation and corrective actions.
    • Maintain full traceability and data accuracy within ERP and quality systems.
  • Inventory Quality & Clean Point Assurance
    • Monitor the quality status of parts and assemblies within production and inventory areas, ensuring proper segregation and labeling of non‑conforming material.
    • Verify that clean points are established during issue containment and permanent corrective action introduction.
    • Lead periodic quality audits on the shop floor to ensure process adherence and build integrity.
  • Process Improvement & In‑Build Reliability
    • Identify recurring build issues and non‑conformance to drive corrective/preventive actions through structured problem‑solving (8D, 5‑Why, PDCA).
    • Collaborate with Manufacturing and Design Engineering to enhance build robustness and reduce variation.
    • Support the development of quality standards, inspection methods, and control plans for new programs and processes.
Basic Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience leading quality initiatives focused on process improvement, defect reduction, and inspection optimization in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques, GD&T, and engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of advanced inspection methods and tools, including CMM programming, Gage R&R, and sampling techniques, with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency.
