Your Impact- Lead project teams from concept through construction
- Develop innovative structural solutions
- Manage client relationships and project deliverables
- Mentor rising engineers and foster team growth
- Drive quality control and technical excellence
- Shape project scope and resources
- 6+ years in structural engineering consultancy
- PE license and actively working towards SE license if not already obtained
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong seismic design experience
- Advanced skills in ETABS, SAP, RISA
- A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
- Excellence in both technical and communication skills
- Lead innovative, challenging projects that matter
- Work with industry leaders from the US and New Zealand

Estimated at $105,500 - $137,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
