• BS and 2+ years of experience, or MS and 0 years of experience in Digital, Analog and Harness designs including evaluation of engineering design concepts.
• Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Source and Material Shortages (DMSMS) reporting.
• Experience using Silicon Expert, IHS (former of Accuris), and GIDEP tools.
• Experience calculating MTBF (Mean time between failure).
• Ability to obtain a Government DoD Secret security clearance.

• BS and 5+ years of experience, or MS and 3+ years of experience in Digital, Analog and Harness designs including evaluation of engineering design concepts.
• Experience with Diminishing Manufacturing Source and Material Shortages (DMSMS) reporting.
• Experience using Silicon Expert, IHS (former of Accuris), and GIDEP tools.
• Experience calculating MTBF (Mean time between failure).
• Ability to obtain a Government DoD Secret security clearance.

• Current/Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Basis of estimate generation experience.
• Ability to communicate findings to customers and management.
• Self-starter capable of performing assigned tasks in some direction.
• Innovative thinker with a demonstrated ability of solving complex problems which require ingenuity and "out of the box" ideas.
• Experience with selecting parts to meet reliability, corrosion, metal whisker, and safety-related requirements.
• Familiarity with NAS
  411 Hazardous Materials Target List Standard Practice.

Primary Level Salary Range: $98,400.00 - $;
Secondary Level Salary Range: $ - $. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
