Work on exciting Highway projects and utilize highway/roadway design expertise. Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. Solve complex problems with a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver bold solutions for everyday living while leading functional teams or projects as a best practice/quality resource.

• Lead or contribute to transportation infrastructure design projects with emphasis on roadway/highway design.
• Interpret issues, apply best practices, and deliver innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License (PE) in California.
• At least 8+ years of experience in transportation work with an emphasis on infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D/Micro Station/InRoads/Open Roads.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience with multi-discipline infrastructure engineering design and construction projects.
