We’re looking for a highly capable Composite Technician to join a small, fast-moving engineering team building high-performance hardware for demanding applications. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, working closely with engineers to turn early-stage designs into precision composite structures that support critical programs.

You’ll be involved across the full composite build lifecycle - from material preparation and detailed layups through vacuum bagging, curing, trimming, and final finishing. Alongside production work, you’ll support R&D and prototype builds, helping refine evolving designs and translate them into robust, testable hardware while influencing how complex composite parts are built today and scaled in the future.

• Perform high-quality composite layups and cure processes
• Prepare materials, molds, tooling, and work spaces
• Build and modify tooling, fixtures, and prototype setups
• Maintain composite equipment and materials
• Troubleshoot build issues and contribute practical solutions
• Work closely with engineers to improve designs and processes

• Hands-on experience with composite materials (e.g. carbon fiber, pre‑preg, thin structures)
• Strong manual fabrication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with prototypes, custom tooling, or small‑batch builds
• Background in precision hardware environments (aerospace, motor sport, robotics, etc.) is a plus
