Base Pay Range
$95,000.00/yr - $/yr
Civil Works Project SchedulerWe are seeking detail‑oriented schedulers at various levels to support upcoming Triangle opportunities. We are building a team of qualified professionals with experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience Areas (Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply)- Marine and port facilities
- Transportation and roadway infrastructure
- Utility and stormwater systems
- Bridge and structural rehabilitation
- Environmental compliance and multi‑agency coordination
- Junior Level (3+ years of experience)
- Experience developing and updating project schedules
- Basic understanding of critical path methodology (CPM)
- Assistance with schedule analysis and progress reporting
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and dependencies
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
- Mid Level (8+ years of experience)
- Direct responsibility for schedule development and maintenance on medium to large projects
- Advanced knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques
- Experience with schedule baseline development and change management
- Proficiency in delay analysis and recovery scheduling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Experience preparing schedule narratives and progress reports
- Senior Level (15+ years of experience)
- Comprehensive expertise in complex, multi‑phase project scheduling
- Master scheduler capabilities for program‑level schedules
- Expert‑level proficiency in schedule risk analysis and what‑if scenarios
- Extensive experience with claims analysis and schedule impact assessment
- Leadership in establishing scheduling standards and best practices
- Advanced knowledge of multiple scheduling software platforms
- Strong presentation skills for executive‑level reporting
- Experience mentoring junior scheduling staff
- Primavera P6 (required)
- Microsoft Project
- Other scheduling software platforms as applicable
- Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Other relevant scheduling certifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (minimum).
Additional QualificationsPrior federal contracting experience is a plus.
