To produce and manage high-quality structural and temporary works drawings for steel and concrete bridge projects. This includes drafting permanent structures and temporary systems (gantries, formwork, falsework), and leading the drawing submission process to consultants and authorities.

• Develop detailed design/shop/as-built drawings for bridge components (girders, decks, piers, foundations, piles, etc.)
• Create reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules (BBS)
• Prepare cross-sections, profiles, and detailing sheets
• Prepare drawings for temporary systems (steel gantries, launching girders, scaffolding, falsework, etc.)
• Develop 2D/3D construction staging sequences
• Ensure constructability and safety compliance in all temporary works
• Lead submission packages to consultants/authorities
• Maintain transmittals, logs, and revisions
• Respond to and close out comments; revise drawings as needed
• Collaborate with engineers, site teams, and other disciplines
• Attend coordination meetings
• Conduct internal checks and maintain drawing accuracy and quality

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Drafting Technology, or related field
• 10+ years in structural drafting (minimum 5 in bridge works, 3+ in temporary works)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station
• Familiar with AASHTO, BS, Eurocode, or local bridge design and safety codes
• MS Office, Aconex, Project Wise (or equivalent document control systems)

Skilled in scaffolding, gantry, and launching system drawings

Manages full lifecycle of drawing submissions and revisions

Works with engineers, site teams, and multiple disciplines

Strong verbal and written skills for technical coordination
