Our client, an international manufacturer of industrial packaging equipment and customized engineering solutions, is seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to manage the West Coast territory.

• Lead sales activities across the West Coast by offering tailored technical solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Identify market opportunities, target industries, and new potential clients.
• Conduct on-site visits, product demonstrations, and maintain ongoing communication with existing accounts.
• Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations and proposals using dedicated software.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure alignment between customer expectations and deliverables.
• Participate in customer kick‑off meetings, trade shows, conferences, and training sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or industrial sales (capital equipment, automation, or similar fields).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to discuss complex engineering and commercial concepts with clients.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the West Coast.
