Samson Rose has partnered with a cutting‑edge advanced manufacturing and robotics company to find a Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team and drive the integration of next‑generation manufacturing technologies into production. This is a high‑impact leadership role shaping how complex hardware is engineered, produced, and scaled within a highly automated, AI‑driven manufacturing ecosystem. You will define manufacturing strategies, mentor engineering talent, and guide the qualification and deployment of advanced processes across high‑performance automotive and aerospace programs.

- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 or more years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing engineering.
- A minimum of 8 years of hands‑on experience in manufacturing engineering with strong exposure to aerospace or defense environments.
- A proven background in driving design‑for‑manufacturing, process development, and production readiness for complex hardware.
- Strong proficiency in CAD tools such as Siemens NX or AutoCAD and comprehensive understanding of GD&T.
- Experience managing manufacturing requirements, process specifications, MES, PLM, and ERP systems.
- Hands‑on expertise with advanced manufacturing approaches including machining, additive manufacturing, automation, bonding, coatings, or joining.
- A track record of leading complex projects from concept through production, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and quality.
- A master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent continuous improvement background.
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality management systems.
