Sr. Network Engineer – Aruba Wireless Migration to Aruba Central

Compensation: $60–$70 per hour (W2 Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Network Engineer to lead the end‑to‑end migration of an enterprise Aruba wireless environment to Aruba Central. This role will ensure a seamless transition, enhanced performance, and improved cloud‑based management across a large, complex network environment.

• Lead migration from Aruba Mobility Controllers to Aruba Central
• Assess existing Aruba wireless infrastructure, configurations, and dependencies
• Configure and onboard Aruba APs, switches, and gateways
• Rebuild or migrate SSIDs, authentication policies, roles, and access control
• Integrate Aruba Clear Pass for NAC, authentication, and policy enforcement
• Conduct wireless surveys, RF assessments, and performance tuning
• Validate segmentation, VLANs, DHCP scope alignment, and security posture
• Support cutover activities with minimal downtime
• Troubleshoot complex wireless performance and connectivity issues
• Create documentation, architecture diagrams, and configuration standards

• Strong enterprise wireless networking experience
• Hands‑on expertise with Aruba Central, Aruba
  
  OS, Aruba APs, and Aruba switches
• Deep knowledge of Clear Pass, RADIUS, NAC, and wireless security
• Experience with large‑scale wireless migrations
• Aruba certifications preferred
