Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Staff Geologist. The Staff Geologist will be responsible for conducting fieldwork such grading and pile observation, compaction testing, drilling observation, logging of test pits, prepare boring logs, plates and appendiced, and other work as specified by supervisor.
Qualifications- Field Work and Logging skills
- Perform field observation and compaction testing
- Experience in Geological Mapping
- Prepare boring logs and appendices
- Drilling experience
- Excellent data analysis and report writing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or related field
- Experience in the geotechnical or geoscience industry is a plus
