We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Surveyor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data and creating detailed maps and reports. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month, and we offer free visa and ticket for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Collect data on land features, boundaries, structures, and topography
- Analyze collected data to create detailed maps and reports
- Perform calculations to determine property boundaries and areas
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensure accuracy of survey results and make necessary adjustments when needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and technology
- Proven experience as a Surveyor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work part-time hours
