Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year

Projects can range from custom residential structures to larger commercial and mixed-use developments, giving engineers exposure to a diverse portfolio rather than being limited to one repetitive project type.
This company is looking for a Structural Engineer who enjoys technical design, problem-solving, and collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams. The position offers the opportunity to contribute throughout the engineering process, from early design and structural system development through documentation, coordination, permitting, and construction support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering
- Professional experience in structural/building design
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, engineering calculations, and construction documentation
- Experience designing building structures using common structural materials and systems
- Familiarity with applicable building codes and structural design standards
- Ability to manage multiple project responsibilities and deadlines
- Comfortable contributing to projects from design development through construction
- PE licensure in the state of California
- Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use structural projects is a plus
