We're recruiting on behalf of an established engineering firm seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join its Southern California team. This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment and is open to candidates based across Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego
.
This is an opportunity for a Structural Engineer with 7+ years of experience who is ready to take on meaningful project responsibility while continuing to grow technically and professionally. The team is open to a range of structural engineering backgrounds and levels of senior experience. Candidates with more than 12 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Perform structural analysis and design
- Prepare engineering calculations and technical documentation
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Review drawings and design deliverables
- Support projects through design and construction
- Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship, depending on experience
- 7+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong structural analysis and design fundamentals
- Experience collaborating on multidisciplinary projects
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- PE and/or SE licensure is a plus
- Based in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego
- Hybrid work environment
