See it differently
You see the world through a unique lens and that’s exactly what we need. We embrace how you see things differently – it’s essential for creating a sustainable future.
Arup is a global consultancy with advisory and technical expertise across more than 150 disciplines. We guide, plan and design the future of the built environment. Globally, each year we recruit hundreds of graduates and students who help us see things differently and solve the most complex challenges facing our clients, climate and communities.
Our Structural Engineering team collaborates closely with colleagues across Arup's global network, regularly partnering with other offices to deliver complex, high-profile projects while sharing knowledge and technical expertise. We work primarily with architects and multidisciplinary project teams, including specialists in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, acoustics, geotechnical engineering, and advanced technology. Sustainability is embedded in our design approach, and we work alongside sustainability specialists to track project carbon and influence material selection.
Our project portfolio spans a diverse range of market sectors, including property, arts and culture, science and technology, industry and manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, and rail, providing opportunities to contribute to projects that shape communities. Graduate engineers can expect to develop a broad technical foundation while working collaboratively with experienced colleagues and contributing to innovative, sustainable designs.
