Destaco, part of MPG Dover, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer II for onsite work in Ventura, CA. The role focuses on analyzing quality, delivery, and productivity data to improve reliability, lead time, and total cost through tooling design, technical writing, and semi-automated testing.
You will address manufacturability issues, troubleshoot failures, evaluate supplier processes, and lead special projects including new work cell design, new product launches, and design verification testing.
