Director, Mobile Sales Lead

- Lead a mobile-focused team to drive results
- Plan, secure and analyze mobile platform marketing campaigns to maximize revenue and engagement across key marketing beats
- Manage senior-level relationships with Apple, Google, Amazon, and Meta; build strong partnerships and unlock new opportunities
- Translate data and insights to optimize marketing initiatives and adopt in-game improvements to drive engagement and monetization
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute comprehensive go-to-market plans
- Maximize platform marketing opportunities for tentpole beats; secure on/off store marketing, social, co-marketing, push notifications, and paid media
- Partner with teams to deliver high impact creative formats and provide feedback on assets
- Drive adoption of new platform capabilities; analyze impact and provide platform feedback
- Elevate platform exposure and advocate for additional marketing capabilities
- Leverage partnerships to improve store exposure; participate in regular meetings and business reviews
- Utilize new platform merchandising tools for visibility and points of sale
- Advocate for additional platform capabilities to drive engagement and monetization
- 8+ years of partner management experience at leading tech, gaming and/or entertainment companies (strongly desired)
- 12+ years of relevant experience (predominantly mobile gaming) in account management, go-to-market planning and product adoption; 4+ years of management experience
- Attention to detail with the ability to lead teams, drive results, manage stakeholders, foster collaboration, and navigate complexities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to derive data-driven actionable insights
- Executive presence to craft and deliver impactful presentations
- Experience in gaming or entertainment industry or deep understanding of gaming industry
- Experience managing complex internal and external relationships, supporting live ops and/or marketing beats

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $ – $ annually. Final offers are based on experience, performance, and location. Incentive compensation may apply and is not guaranteed.
