• Retail sales:
  Align retail targets with Sales and Education Executive, cascade to Beauty Advisors monthly.
• Track incentives, spiffs, and ensure correct implementation on spiffs and incentive.
• Lead animation implementation and campaign distortions.
• Manage GWP, samples, TOAs, ensuring proper usage and communication at counter.
• Ensure promotional activities are active at counter and update Education Executive as needed.
• Execute marketing calendars per semester with branded Education Executive.
• Provide competitor awareness reports and highlight best practices/new launches/animations.
• Analyze business: highlight successes and opportunities, provide guidance and feedback to Retailer teams.
• Conduct monthly Beauty Advisor meetings to review results, motivate team.
• Stock management: maintain stock levels, fixture fill, report out-of-stocks, order testers.
• Staff scheduling, visual merchandising, training, promotion evaluation.
• Visual merchandising: ensure locations are correctly merchandised with testers, displays, and consumer facings.
• Work with corporate field VM roles for maintenance and updates, report via OTM.

• 2–3+ years related field experience preferred.
• English proficiency for communication with teams and VIP visits.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and prioritization skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to self‑manage and work independently.
• Proactive growth mindset.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,880.00 to $. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program.
