This role reports ON-SITE at our West Hollywood office.

The Production Manager will be part of a specialized technical team charged with cleaning up and rebuilding our asset pipeline and creating an asset management system over a period of 9 months.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the production schedule based on CG Supervisor’s roadmap

• Build and manage the production budget

• Prioritize and assign project tasks

• Provide regular status updates and reports to key stakeholders and senior management

• Lead team meetings

• Chiefly responsible for on-time and on-budget completion of the technical crew’s objectives

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years experience as a CG Production Manager in children’s animation or a related animation field.

• Experience managing technical departments is a plus

• Experience managing production schedules and budgets required

• Ideal candidate has experience working with , the Microsoft Office suite, and Google Calendar/Docs/Sheets/Slides.

• Excellent working knowledge of a Maya CG animation pipeline

• Production management tracking software proficiency, such as Shotgrid, is required

• Must be a self-starter and have excellent leadership and communication skills.
