Post Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Post-Production Supervisor who is passionate about the post production process.

While this role will be across all of OBB Media’s various productions as needed, there will be a specific focus on overseeing the post production process for the company’s rapidly expanding branded content, commercial and advertising vertical. The ideal candidate would have experience working in a commercial and/or branded content studio/post house in a staff capacity, supervising post production on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Budget Management: In coordination with Development and Production teams create, maintain and track post-production budgets. Monitor actual costs against budget forecasts and provide timely variance analyses. Close out projects in a timely manner.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams, department heads and external vendors to align priorities, establish project specific workflows, coordinate media handoffs, and manage physical resources. Ensure productions run smoothly from start to finish. Provide clear, concise note coordination reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Staffing: Ensure that all projects are properly staffed (editors, AE’s, graphics, color, mix) and that all on-boarding paperwork (deal memos, NDA’s, payroll, hardware assignment and credentials) follows OBB policies.
• Process: Create and track deliverables grids and calendars.
• Compliance: Steadfast project wrap and archiving of Media & Paper deliverables, clearances, releases, licensing, off-boarding and security updates, internal deliverables, server management, LTO, budget actualization and wrap-out Review, note and approve SOW’s and contracts for the post-production department.
