Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 + discretionary bonus

, working with artists, songwriters, and producers. Beyond management, we’re active in publishing, label services, and festivals. We move fast, stay creative, and focus on long-term artist development.
We’re hiring an Artist & Label Operations Coordinator to support artist management and label operations across releases, content, touring, fan growth, and A&R. You’ll also help build day-to-day systems for This Side Up as it grows.
This role works closely with management and leadership
—no one is expected to do everything alone. It’s a hands‑on position designed to offer meaningful learning, exposure, and growth across all sides of the music business.
- Support artist and label operations (calendars, travel, assets, releases, reporting)
- Help manage artist and label catalogues (assets, metadata, organization, performance tracking)
- Collaborate with artists to create weekly social media plans that keep accounts active and aligned with releases and touring
- Create and organize social-first content across Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, and more
- Monitor comments/DMs and help build fan communities
- Support direct-to-fan initiatives (merch ideas, drops, data capture via Open Stage, Laylo, SET.live)
- Track and report on growth across the roster (social, streaming, fan data)
- Assist with touring logistics (advancing shows, booking hotels/trains, coordinating schedules)
- Support label operations for This Side Up
, including timelines, releases, and partner coordination - Help source and surface new artists and talent (A&R support)
- 2–4 years of experience in music, entertainment, marketing, or a related field
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling priorities
- Social media native with strong instincts for culture and content
- Familiar with Spotify for Artists, Disco, Notion
, and/or direct-to-fan tools - Entrepreneurial, curious, and excited to learn every side of the business
- You genuinely live in music and know where new artists and trends come from
- Real exposure to artist management, A&R, marketing, touring, and label operations
