Technical Director (Entertainment & Production Industry)

We are seeking an Technical Director (Entertainment & Production Industry) to become an integral part of our team!

You will coordinate and overseethe organization'sdaily operations.

• Lead and manage the production team, including department leads (Sound Quality & Lighting, etc.) and on-site technicians.
• Plan and manage logistics, including truck routes, labor allocation, and gear preparation.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure all technical requirements are met.
• Handle subrental POs, equipment orders, and oversee inventory management in coordination with warehouse staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for project managers, ensuring smooth coordination between entertainment and production departments.
• Ensure all production setups meet professional standards, troubleshooting technical issues on-site as necessary.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site and all equipment is handled according to best practices.
• Manage logistics for loading/unloading equipment for events, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.
• Oversee the setup and execution of event production, including
• lighting, audio, staging, and power needs.

• Supervise and assign duties to workers
• Engaged in technical control and production of events
• Monitor to ensure that production and everything is up to code
• 5 plus years' experience in entertainment production & technical aspects.
