We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests. As a vital part of any event, our Event Staff members will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of diverse events, ranging from corporate conferences and trade shows to weddings and private parties.

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and clients before, during, and after events.
• Manage guest registrations and check-ins to ensure seamless entry and flow throughout the event.
• Provide assistance with catering services, including serving food and beverages to guests as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and event planners to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly.
• Monitor the cleanliness and organization of event spaces during and after the event.

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event planning or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Capable of lifting and moving equipment and supplies, as some physical labor may be required.
• Team player with a positive attitude, willing to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
