We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our dynamic team, responsible for ensuring the successful execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large‑scale festivals. As an integral part of our event planning and execution team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the logistics and operations of events.

• Assist with set‑up and breakdown of event spaces
• Provide excellent customer service to attendees and clients
• Manage registration and check‑in processes
• Ensure all event materials and supplies are organized and available
• Assist in guiding attendees and providing information about the event
• Monitor event activities to ensure a smooth operation

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous experience in event planning or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Physically capable of lifting and moving event equipment
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
