• Manage multiple communication channels with internal and external partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely response
• Oversee workflows, proactively raise risks, balance trade-offs, and remove blockers to maintain smooth delivery
• Troubleshoot onboarding and access issues for external workers by partnering with IT, Infosec, and Game teams
• Assess current team processes and proactively identify opportunities to improve tools, communication, and workflows for sustainable success
• Maintain a positive, solutions-focused approach that motivates and supports the team

• 1+ years of experience as a production coordinator, assistant producer, or project manager
• Experience working in gaming, software, or related industries
• Experience partnering with leadership teams and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships across teams and partner groups
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with strong attention to detail
