Join our Tik Tok-PGC-Entertainment Vertical team and play a vital role in empowering entertainment partners around the world! As an Entertainment Publisher Product Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll focus on enhancing the experience of Entertainment (Film & TV) partners on our platform, driving creativity and innovation in the short video space. As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

- Supporting Spotlight's organic marketing strategy and promotional product strategy for entertainment (film & tv) partners worldwide
- Supporting on innovative IP/title marketing organic campaigns and creator activations
- Analyze campaign levers and results to extract insights for optimization
- Define product and data requirements for promotional product features and drive features from development to launch
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate degree in Product or a related discipline.
- Related internship experience at a major company in the entertainment industry, digital marketing or internet content platform/technology industry
- Internship experience in film & TV marketing, particularly social marketing, and digital tech products
- Strong data analysis, strategy, and logical thinking skills, able to understand complicated situations, define key problems and develop approaches and cross-functional operational work streams to solve problems and achieve goals
- Pushes initiatives forward proactively and is result-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Product or a related discipline.
- Experience working with global teams
- Have empathy and understanding for publishers, creators, and users
- Good at cross-cultural understanding, communication, and coordination
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.- Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more.
- Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year).
- Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
