Staff Accountant

We’re seeking a highly motivated Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role will be instrumental in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations, including invoicing, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), purchase orders (POs), and tax compliance. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in accounting principles, exceptional attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with Net Suite is preferred (1–2 years), but not required.

• Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, invoicing, and related finance tasks).
• Prepare and process purchase orders, vendor invoices, and employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts regularly.
• Ensure timely and accurate sales and employer tax filings.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with monthly close.
• Support internal and external audit requests and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and sales teams to improve financial workflows.
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives, particularly within Net Suite.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience; experience in a startup or high-growth environment a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience with Net Suite preferred.
• Strong understanding of GAAP accounting best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) and familiarity with other financial software tools (Net Suite, Ramp, First Resonance ION, Expensify).
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

$80,000 - $90,000 a year

In addition to the provided base salary range, this role also offers premium comprehensive benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision), PTO, and Stock Options.
